摘　　要：发展应急产业,扩大应急产品供给,是提升突发事件应急能力的重要基础。文章运用田野调查法对四川省应急产业的市场需求、供给及产业布局等进行了调查,采用SWOT法分析了四川应急产业发展过程中的成就与问题、机遇和挑战。基于分析结果,文章从完善应急产业布局、加大政策扶持力度、加强应急文化建设、促进应急科技研发、强化人才培养等方面提出了四川省应急产业发展的对策建议。To develop emergency industry and expand emergency products supply is an important basis for improving emergency response capacity.This paper takes field investigation to investigate market demand,supply and industrial layout of emergency industry in Sichuan Province,and then uses SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development of emergency industry in Sichuan.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects:to perfect the layout of emergency industry,to enhance policy support,to strengthen the construction of emergency culture,to promote emergency science and technology research and development,and to improve talent training,in order to push forward the development of emergency industry and upgrade the emergency response ability of Sichuan Province.
