摘 要:目的 分析白藜芦醇对糖尿病大鼠早期肾脏损伤的保护作用。方法 检索Web of Science、Elsevier、Pubmed、Medline、The Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊数据库(维普)、中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)和中国生物医学文献引文数据库中关于白藜芦醇对糖尿病大鼠早期肾脏损伤保护作用的随机对照试验,采用Stata11.0软件对入选研究进行Meta分析。结果 共20项随机对照试验包含362只(其中模型组178只,干预组184只)大鼠符合入选标准。Meta分析结果显示:干预组大鼠体重高于模型组,空腹血糖低于模型组,其合并效应量SMD分别为-1.290(-2.141~-0.438)、2.128(1.100~3.156),干预组大鼠的尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)和24 h尿蛋白值均低于模型组,其合并效应量分别为2.469(1.565~3.373)、2.512(1.756~3.267)和4.270(3.377~5.163),且干预组各亚组内的BUN、Scr和24 h尿蛋白值均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 白藜芦醇可以有效降低糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖值,还能降低大鼠的BUN、Scr、24 h尿蛋白值,对糖尿病大鼠早期肾损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To analysis the protective effect of resveratrol on early renal injury in diabetic rats.Methods Correspondent data were retrieved form Web of science,Elsevier,Pubmed,Medline,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CSCD and CBM of randomized controlled trials regarding protective effect of resveratrol on early renal injury in diabetic rats.Statistical analysis was performed by Meta-analysis using Stata11.0.Results Twenty randomized controlled trials including 362 rats(178 rats in the model group and 184 rats in the intervention group).Metaanalysis showed that:the weight of rats in the intervention group was higher than that in the model group,and the fasting blood glucose was lower than that in the model group,the SMD were-1.290(-2.141~-0.438) and 2.128(1.100~3.156) respectively,the BUN,Scr and 24 h urinary protein values in the intervention group were lower than those in the model group,the SMD were 2.469(1.565~3.373),2.512(1.756~3.267) and 4.270(3.377~5.163) respectively,the BUN,Scr and 24 h urinary protein values in each subgroup of the intervention group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Resveratrol can effectively reduce fasting blood glucose in diabetic rats,but also it reduce the BUN,Scr and 24 h urinary protein values in diabetic rats,and it has a certain protective effect on early renal injury in diabetic rats.
