珍芪益艾颗粒对278例气虚湿阻型HIV/AIDS患者疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨珍芪益艾颗粒对气虚湿阻型艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者临床治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法 选择新疆艾滋病高发地区传染病医院及新疆医科大学附属中医医院的278例气虚湿阻型患者为研究对象,对临床症状、免疫功能、病毒载量、健康调查简表(SF-36)赋分进行统计分析。结果 症状总积分显著降低(P<0.01)。治疗后白腻苔、齿痕舌、胖大舌明显减少。改善躯体疼痛及社会功能方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗3个月后与治疗前相比,生理职能、总体健康、精神健康方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后与治疗前相比,情感职能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 珍芪益艾颗粒可以有效地改善艾滋病患者临床症状、退厚腻舌苔,稳定CD4+T淋巴细胞数量,具有提高生活质量的作用。Objective To explore the effect of ZhenQiYiAi Granules on clinical treatment efficacy and life quality of AIDS patients with Qi deficiency and dampness resistance.Methods 278 cases of AIDS patients with Qi deficiency and dampness resistance were selected from infectious disease hospitals in high HIV incidence areas in the hospital as the research objects,and clinical symptoms,immune function,viral load and SF-36 scale of traditional Chinese medicine were statistically analyzed.Results The total score of TCM symptoms was significantly decreased(P<0.01).After the treatment,white greasy coating,dentate tongue and fat tongue were significantly reduced.The quality of life was significantly different in improving physical pain and social function(P<0.01).After 3 months of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in physiological functions,general health,and mental health compared with those at the time of enrollment(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,compared with before,the difference in emotional function was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ZhenQiYiAi Granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of HIV/AIDS patients,reduce the thick and greasy fur,stable CD4+T cell count and improve the quality of life.
