摘　　要：目的:根据中国医学科学院发布的《2019年度中国医院科技量值(综合)》排名,对进入排名前100名的8家中医院近5年发表的SCI论文进行统计,展示中医院论文产出水平,为提高中医院的国际学术影响力提供参考和建议。方法:选取文献计量学的相关指标统计中医院SCI论文发文量、篇均被引频次、来源期刊分布及平均影响因子,并采用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行处理及分析。结果:中医院发表的SCI论文存在影响力较弱、高影响力论文数量较少及学科规范化影响力较低等问题。发表论文的被引频次与期刊影响因子呈正相关(r=0.415,P<0.05),国际合作论文的被引频次(4.81±4.26)高于非国际合作论文(3.02±2.14),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);国际合作论文的学科规范化引文影响力高于非国际合作论文(Z=-9.399,P<0.05)。结论:国内中医院发表的SCI论文数量稳步增长,但学术影响力不高,通过在高质量的学术期刊发表研究成果、积极开展国际合作,能有效地提高中医院SCI论文的国际学术影响力。Objective:According to 2019 Chinese hospital science and technology value(comprehensive)published by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,We make statistics on SCI papers published by 8 traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals in the top 100 in recent 5 years.The purpose of the study is to display the output level of papers of TCM hospitals,and provide suggestions to improve the international academic influence of TCM hospitals.Methods:The paper uses the index of bibliometrics to reveal the frequency of citations,the distribution of journals and average impact factors of papers reported by TCM hospitals.SPSS 22.0 is used for data processing and analysis.Results:The research shows that the international academic influence of the SCI papers published by TCM hospitals in China is weak.The number of high cited papers is small.We find the cited times of published papers are positively correlated with the journal impact factor(r=0.415,P<0.05).The cited times of international cooperation papers(4.81±4.26)are higher than those of non-international cooperation papers(3.02±2.14).The category normalized citation impact of international cooperation papers is higher than the non-international cooperation papers(Z=-9.399,P<0.05).Conclusion:the number of SCI papers published in traditional Chinese medicine in China has increased steadily,but the academic influence is not high.By publishing papers in high-quality academic journals and carrying out international academic cooperation,the international academic influence of SCI papers in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals can be effectively improved.
