摘　　要：公立医院治理体系建设是一个不断推进的过程,探索如何推进加强公立医院党的建设与现代医院治理体系融合对公立医院高质量发展具有一定的现实意义。笔者总结了南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院加强医院党建和治理体系建设中的实践过程,并通过“七入七全”框架提出了进一步完善的措施,为公立医院改革和可持续发展提供一定的借鉴。The construction of public hospital governance system is a continuous process.Exploring how to promote and strengthen the integration of public hospital party building and modern hospital governance system has certain practical significance for the high-quality development of public hospitals.The author summarizes the practical process of Gulou Hospital Affiliated to Medical School of Nanjing University in strengthening the hospital party building and governance system construction,and puts forward further improvement measures through the"seven in seven"framework,so as to provide some reference for the reform and sustainable development of public hospitals.
