摘　　要：泰安市中心医院医疗集团在新冠肺炎疫情防控救治工作中,发挥一体化组织优势,有效进行卫生资源整合,形成“分层次分区域联防联控”机制,推动疫情防控工作高效有序开展,取得显著成效,成为战胜疫情的重要优势。文章通过对“医疗集团疫情防控救治工作模式”的优势与不足进行全面分析,提出针对性理论和政策建议,助力医疗集团科学发展,同时为国内医联体改革提供参考和借鉴。In the prevention and treatment of the COVID-19,Taian Central Hospital Medical Group gave full play to the advantages of integrated organization,effectively integrated health resources,and formed a"level and sub-regional joint prevention and control"mechanism to promote the efficient and orderly development of epidemic prevention and control.Remarkable results have been achieved and have become an important advantage in defeating the epidemic.Through a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the"medical group epidemic prevention and treatment work model",the article puts forward targeted theories and policy suggestions to help the scientific development of medical groups,and at the same time provides experience and reference for the reform of domestic Medical Cluster.
