摘 要:医技检查作为常规辅助诊断手段,在诊疗过程中扮演着重要角色,其检查效率和质量直接影响医疗服务质量。武汉同济医院从丰富预约途径、灵活管理排班、分类管控资源、提升服务细节、完善配套服务5个方面对医技检查进行精细化管理,取得一定成效。文章分析了多院区医技检查管理面临的挑战,介绍了该院精细化管理的具体实践和成效。As a routine auxiliary diagnostic method,medical technical examination plays an important role in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and its inspection efficiency and quality directly affect the quality of medical services.Wuhan Tongji Hospital has carried out refined management of medical technical inspections from five aspects:enriching appointment channels,flexibly managing shifts,classifying and controlling resources,improving service details,and improving supporting services,and achieved certain results.This article analyzes the challenges faced by the management of medical technical inspections in multi-hospital districts,and introduces the specific practice and effectiveness of the hospital's refined management.
