摘  要:对于大型、超大型塔器,一般情况下按照相关设计标准进行设计即可。但当塔顶要安装较重的附属设备时,就需要专门为其设计塔顶承重结构,以保证设备安全、正常运行。研究了在大型、超大型塔器的塔筒上段和封头上,设置支撑柱以组成笼形钢结构来承担塔顶所有附属设备的载荷的设计方案的可行性,进行了相应分析计算。按此方案设计制造的超大型造纸反应塔,尽管其塔顶安装有质量达80t的附属设备,但都已经连续5年正常运行,证明该设计方案是可行、可靠的,也节约了制造成本。For large and ultra-large tower,generally,the design is only needed to carry out in accordance with relevant standards.But in case of designing a tower with a heavy auxiliary equipment on the top,the load supporting structure should be especially taken into account in design so as to ensure the safety in the operation.In this article,the feasibility of the scheme in which supporting pillars are set at upper section of the cylinder and upper head to form steel pillar cage to undertake all loads from auxiliary equipment on the top was studied.The relative calculation and analysis were performed.Based on this scheme,one ultra-large pulp reaction tower,in which there is an auxiliary equipment weighing 80 tons on top,was design,and it has been operated with normal situation for five years.Thus,it is proved that the scheme described herein is feasible and reliable,and the fabrication cost is also saved.
