摘  要:为掌握2.25Cr-1Mo钢合理的焊接工艺,在对其原材料的化学成分及力学性能进行相应控制的基础上采用了合理的焊接过程控制措施,进行了系统的焊接试验。试验表明该控制措施能够有效地避免2.25Cr-1Mo钢焊接冷裂纹、再热裂纹的出现及发生回火脆性倾向,可以获得满足相关标准及技术条件要求的各项性能,为该材料设备的焊接提供了技术保障。To master welding procedure for 2.25 Cr-1 Mo steel,appropriate welding process and control measures were selected under the condition that the chemical compositions and mechanical performances of the raw material were controlled,and then the welding tests were systematically performed.It was shown from the tests that with these control measures the appearances of cold and reheat cracking,and the tendency of temper brittleness in 2.25 Cr-1 Mo steel resulted from welding had been avoided.Thus all of the performances required in relevant standards and specifications can be reached,from which the technical assurances in the welding procedure for the equipment made of 2.25 Cr-1 Mo steel exist.
