摘 要:为了快速、准确地获得塔式容器地脚螺栓拧紧力矩,以某俄罗斯天然气处理厂塔式容器为例,通过对地脚螺栓进行受力分析的方法计算拧紧力矩,并引用俄罗斯标准SNIP 2.09.03 MDC 31-4.2000进行验证,结果表明受力分析计算法和俄罗斯标准计算法是互通的。通过分析拧紧力矩计算结果,提出材料屈服点比率σ_(ratio),进一步得出其变化规律,从而总结出实际工程中快速获得拧紧力矩的三种方法:理论计算法、标准简化法、查表法,并明确其适用范围,其结果可以用于指导实际工程项目。In order to quickly and accurately obtain the anchor bolt tightening torque of vertical vessels supported by skirt,taking vertical vessels supported by skirt in a Russian natural gas processing plant as an example,the tightening torque is calculated by analyzing the force of the anchor bolts,and verified by Russian standard SNIP 2.09.03 MDC 31-4.2000,the result shows the force analysis calculation method and the Russian standard calculation method are compatible.By analyzing the calculation results of the tightening torque,the material yield pointσ_(ratio) is proposed,and the variation regularity is further obtained,so as to summarize three methods for quickly obtaining the tightening torque in actual engineering:theoretical calculation method,standard simplification method and look-up table method,and define the scope of application.The results can be used to guide practical engineering projects.
