摘  要:自然补偿和波纹管补偿是管道热补偿设计的两种基本方法。针对航天领域使用较多的低温管道,建立物理模型,利用CAESARⅡ应力分析软件对两种补偿方法进行一次应力、二次应力、支架约束反力和弯头变形量等参数分析计算。通过数据比对,得出两种补偿方法的适用条件和选用方法,并提出波纹管补偿方案在低压大口径低温管道中运用应注意的问题。Natural compensation and bellow compensation are two basic methods for heat compensation design of piping.In this article,with respect to cryogenic piping often used in aerospace industry,the physical model was established.And by using CAESAR II and two compensation methods mentioned above,the primary stress,secondary stress,constraint force from supports and deflection of bends were calculated and analyzed.With the comparison of the results,the applicable scopes and selections for these two compensation methods were determined.The issues needed to pay attention in the application of bellow compensation method for large diameter and cryogenic piping were provided.
