摘　　要：国产化细胞扩增系统是自主开发的国产化生物制药用一次性生物反应器系统,设备基于模拟海浪的轻柔摇摆模式,整合多重自动化控制系统及一次性培养袋,为生物药制备中的细胞培养过程提供密闭系统下的一次性工艺解决方案。相较于传统设备,其生物安全等级更高,可有效地避免污染、降低成本并简化操作工艺,是生物制药设备的发展方向。重点对细胞扩增系统进行介绍,并结合配套工艺展示其在生物制药实际生产过程中的应用技术方案及效果。The domestic cell expansion system was a self-developed domestic disposable bioreactor system for biopharmaceutical use.The equipment was based on the gentle swaying mode of simulated sea waves,integrated multiple automatic control systems and disposable culure bags,provided a disposable process solution under closed system for the cell culure process in the preparation of biological drugs.Compared with traditional equipment,its biosafety level was higher,which could effectively avoid pollution,reduce costs and simplify the operation process.It was the development direction of biopharmaceutical equipment.In this paper,the cell expansion system combined with supporting technology was introduced,and its application technology and effect in the actual production process of biopharmaceutical were showed.
