摘 要:射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)是指左心室射血分数>50%的心力衰竭,随着人口老龄化加速,HFpEF发病率逐年上升,约占所有心力衰竭的50%。由于HFpEF患者左心室射血分数在正常范围,心衰症状和体征无特异性,临床上对HFpEF患者心功能和预后的评估仍具有挑战性。近年随着超声新技术的不断发展,尤其是超声斑点追踪成像技术的出现,为评估HFpEF患者早期心功能受损及预后提供了一种新方法。本文就斑点追踪成像在HFpEF中的应用进展进行综述。Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is defined as heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction>50%. With the aging of the population, the incidence of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF) is progressively increased and account for about 50% of all heart failure. Since symptoms and signs of heart failure are not specific and the left ventricular ejection fraction is within the normal range, the cardiac function and prognostic evaluation of HFpEF is still challenging in clinical practice. In recent years, with the continuous development of new ultrasound technology, especially speckle tracking imaging provide a new method for early detecting the cardiac dysfunction and prognostic evaluation of HFpEF. This article reviews the application progress of ultrasound speckle-tracking imaging in HFpEF patients.
