可持续设计语境下植物染料丝网印工艺在服装中的应用研究

摘　　要：植物染料是中国传统染色技艺的主流,具有亲肤、无污染的特点。丝网印花是现代常用的环保印花技术,其适用于各种油墨的特点,正符合本文探索植物染料与丝网印花结合的初衷。本文在已有研究成果的基础上,结合可持续设计理念,进行了植物染料丝网印花实验,并根据样品的检测数据进行多维比较分析。研究认为,植物染料能很好地与丝网印花相融,织物色彩柔和,质感强烈。二者结合丰富了植物染服饰的图案类型,使传统植物染料焕发新的生机。Plant dyes are the mainstream of Chinese traditional dyeing techniques,which are skin friendly and pollution-free.Screen printing is a common environmental protection printing technology in modern times.Its characteristics suitable for various inks are in line with the original intention of exploring the combination of plant dyes and screen printing in this paper.Based on the existing research results,this essay designs the screen printing experiment with plant dyes according to the design concept of sustainability,and makes multi-dimensional comparative analysis according to the test data of sample.The research shows that plant dyes can blend well with screen printing,and the fabric has soft color and strong texture.
