摘　　要：以深孔注浆为例,介绍以建设单位为主导开展的北京轨道交通不降水(少降水)堵水新工艺的定额测算分析流程与方法,并分析该定额测算实践对企业管理的相关意义,为建设单位处理类似新工艺的造价问题及应对造价市场化改革提供参考。Taking the deep borehole grouting as an example,this paper introduces the quota calculation process and method of the new water plugging technology with no precipitation(less precipitation)in Beijing rail transit led by the construction unit,and analyzes the significance of the quota calculation practice to the enterprise management,in order to provide reference for the construction unit to deal with the similar cost problems of new technologies and deal with the cost marketization reform.
