摘 要:【目的】研究食用玫瑰二次生殖生长期内各矿物质元素的动态变化规律,明确食用玫瑰营养元素含量、养分吸收累积和分配特征,并分析其叶片和茎中养分元素含量的相关性,以期为食用玫瑰合理施肥,实现养分供需平衡提供科学依据。【方法】以5年生食用玫瑰“冷香”作为供试材料,测定植株生物量以及二次生殖生长不同发育时期叶、茎养分元素含量,分析养分元素累积分配特性以及分配的相关性。【结果】在食用玫瑰“冷香”二次生殖生长期间,10种养分元素含量波动频繁且变化各异,叶中钙与镁和铁均呈极显著正相关,同时铁和镁呈极显著正相关;茎中钙和镁呈极显著正相关,同时钙与铜呈极显著负相关,镁和铜呈显著负相关,叶片中养分元素平均含量大于茎中含量。“冷香玫瑰”10种养分元素含量按高低排序叶为氮>钾>钙>磷>镁>铁>铜>硼>锰>锌;茎含量氮>钾>钙>镁>磷>铁>铜>锰>锌>硼。[Objective]In order to study the dynamic changes of mineral elements in edible rose during the second reproductive growth period,the nutrient content,accumulation and distribution characteristics of edible rose were determined,the correlation of nutrient elements in leaves and stems was analyzed.In order to provide a reasonable scientific basis for the rational fertilization of edible rose and the balance of nutrient supply and demand.[Methods]Five-year-old edible rose"Lengxiang"was used as material,to determine the plant biomass and the contents of nutrient elements in the stems and leaves of different growth stages of secondary reproduction,the characteristics of nutrient accumulation and distribution and their correlation were analyzed.[Results]During the second reproductive growth period,the contents of 10 nutrient elements fluctuated frequently and variously;There was a significant positive correlation between Ca and Mg,Fe and Mg in leaves;there was a significant positive correlation between Ca and Mg in stems;there was a significant negative correlation between Ca and Cu,and there was a significant negative correlation between Mg and Cu;the average content of nutrient elements in leaves was higher than that in stems.The contents of 10 nutrient elements in"Lengxiang"rose were arranged in order of high and low.The leaves were N>K>Ca>P>Mg>Fe>Cu>B>Mn>Zn;The stems were N>K>Ca>Mg>P>Fe>Cu>Mn>Zn>B.
