摘  要:为获得光纤陀螺冗余可修系统的可靠性,提出一种将故障树模型与蒙特卡洛仿真相结合的新方法。首先,基于系统的逻辑结构建立故障树模型;然后,采用蒙特卡洛法对模型进行求解,在陀螺失效率一定的情况下,通过蒙特卡洛仿真方法,描绘不同维修条件下冗余系统的稳态可用度收敛曲线,给出光纤陀螺不同修复率时的系统可靠性指标;最后,通过对算例分析得出:当组成冗余系统的单个光纤陀螺修复率分别为:1/24,1/168,1/720,1/8760次/h时,对应的系统稳态不可用度分别约为:2.6×10^(–7)、8×10^(–6)、1.43×10^(–4)和1.75×10^(–2)。由此验证和比较得出,单个光纤陀螺修复率越高,其组成的可修复冗余系统可用度越高,且该方法能够通过直观模拟和理论计算获取系统丰富的可靠性指标,有效评估光纤陀螺冗余可修系统可靠性。In order to obtain the reliability of the redundant repairable system of fiber optic gyroscope, a new method combining fault tree model and Monte Carlo simulation is proposed. First, the fault tree model is established based on the logical structure of the system. then, the Monte Carlo method is used to solve the model. In the case of a certain failure rate of the gyro, the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to describe the stability of the redundant system under different maintenance conditions. The state availability convergence curve gives the system reliability index of the fiber optic gyroscope with different repair rates. finally, through the analysis of the calculation examples, the repair rate of the single fiber optic gyroscope that constitutes the redundant system is 1/24, 1/168, 1/720, and 1/8 760 times/h, the corresponding system steady-state unavailability is approximately: 2.6×10^(-7), 8×10^(-6), 1.43×10^(-4), and 1.75×10^(-2), respectively. From this verification and comparison, it is concluded that the higher the repair rate of a single fiber optic gyroscope, the higher the availability of the repairable redundant system composed of it, and the method can obtain the system’s rich reliability indicators through intuitive simulation and theoretical calculations, and effectively evaluate the fiber reliability of gyro redundant repairable system.
