摘  要:本研究旨在评定木薯的营养成分及在生长育肥猪上的消化能(DE)和代谢能(ME),并基于其所含有效化学成分建立木薯生长育肥猪DE和ME的预测模型。试验选取健康、体重为(50.0±1.7)kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交阉公猪22头,采用2个11×3的不完全拉丁方设计,分别饲喂1个基础饲粮和10种木薯饲粮,采用全收粪、尿法和套算法测定其对生长育肥猪的DE和ME,采用逐步回归法建立基于木薯有效养分含量的木薯生长育肥猪DE和ME的预测方程。结果表明:风干基础下,10种木薯样品的总能(GE)以及粗蛋白质(CP)、干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗脂肪(EE)、钙(Ca)、总磷(TP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、总淀粉(TS)含量变异范围分别为14.56~15.36 MJ/kg、1.76%~3.51%、86.10%~88.66%、1.99%~2.53%、0.37%~1.98%、0.08%~0.12%、0.06%~0.11%、1.26%~3.00%、7.82%~17.47%、1.50%~5.32%、58.75%~69.86%;10个木薯样品对生长育肥猪的平均DE为(13.52±0.68)MJ/kg,平均ME为(13.25±0.67)MJ/kg。本试验得出木薯对生长育肥猪的最佳DE和ME(风干基础)预测方程分别为DE=54.591-3.279GE+0.680CP+2.822Ash(R^(2)=0.80)和ME=0.108+0.972DE(R^(2)=0.98)。This study was to determine the nutritional composition and digestible energy(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)of cassava fed to growing-finishing pigs and to develop prediction models for DE and ME of cassava based on its effective chemical composition.Twenty-two healthy“Duroc×(Landrance×Yorkshire)”barrows with initial body weight of(50.0±1.7)kg were randomly selected and assigned to a basal diet and 10 cassava diets according to a replicated incomplete Latin square design of 11×3,respectively.The DE and ME of growing-finishing pigs were measured by total fecal and urine collection method and difference method.The DE and ME prediction equations of cassava fed to growing-finishing pigs based on its effective chemical composition were established via stepwise regression method.The results showed that the variation ranges of gross energy(GE)and the contents of crude protein(CP),dry matter(DM),ash(Ash),ether extract(EE),calcium(Ca),total phosphorus(TP),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF),total starch(TS)of 10 cassava samples under air-dry basis were 14.56 to 15.36 MJ/kg,1.76%to 3.51%,86.10%to 88.66%,1.99%to 2.53%,0.37%to 1.98%,0.08%to 0.12%,0.06%to 0.11%,1.26%to 3.00%,7.82%to 17.47%,1.50%to 5.32%and 58.75%to 69.86%,respectively.The average DE and ME for 10 cassavas samples under air-dry basis were(13.52±0.68)MJ/kg and(13.25±0.67)MJ/kg,respectively.This study is concluded that the optimal prediction equations of DE and ME(air-dry basis)of cassava for growing-finishing pigs are DE=54.591-3.279GE+0.680CP+2.822Ash(R^(2)=0.80)and ME=0.108+0.972DE(R^(2)=0.98),respectively.
