高镍奥氏体球墨铸铁铸件的生产工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了高镍奥氏体球墨铸铁铸件的化学成分选择、熔炼及浇注工艺过程。分析了铸件在批量生产中球化率不稳定导致力学性能不良的原因,通过控制浇注时间和保证不中断随流孕育进行了改善。同时,通过使用回炉料和高镍奥氏体球墨铸铁铸件加工铁屑,在保证产品性能稳定的情况下,节约了生产成本。Chemical composition,smelting and pouring process of high nickel austenitic ductile iron castings were introduced.The reason of instability of spheroidization rate in batch production was analyzed.It is improved by controlling the pouring time and ensuring uninterrupted metal-stream inoculation.The production cost can be saved by using the furnace returns and scrap iron of high nickel austenite ductile iron.
