摘　　要：某汽车铝合金支架采用熔模铸造工艺试制开发,通过低温模料制模、粘接蜡组树、硅溶胶工艺制壳、微压蒸汽脱蜡、模壳焙烧,同时采用旋转叶轮法和添加溶剂法进行铝液精炼除气、Sr变质及晶粒细化和T6热处理等工艺试制,最终生产出尺寸精度高、外表面光洁、内部组织致密、力学性能合格的铝合金支架铸件。该生产工艺简单容易操作,对中小件批量化生产有参考价值。An aluminum alloy support for automobile was trial-produced by investment casting process,through lowtemperature mold making,bonded wax group tree,silica sol process,micro-pressure steam dewaxing,shell roasting,at the same time,using rotary impeller method and solvent method to refine aluminum liquid degassing,Sr modification and grain refinement and T6 heat treatment,etc.Finally,aluminum alloy bracket castings with high dimensional accuracy,smooth outer surface,dense internal structure and qualified mechanical properties were produced.The production process is simple and easy to operate,and has reference value for mass production of small and medium-sized parts.
