摘  要:脉冲电磁场(pulsed electromagnetic fields,PEMFs)应用于骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的预防和治疗一直是人们感兴趣的领域。成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)是骨形成的主要功能细胞,负责骨基质的合成、分泌和矿化,在骨重建过程中发挥重要作用。虽然PEMFs能影响OB的活性,使细胞增殖或分化,进而对OP产生积极作用,但其精确生物效应和潜在作用机制仍不清楚。本文从基础研究着手,将PEMFs对OB潜在作用机制进行综述,旨在为骨组织工程研究和临床治疗OP提供参考。The application of pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMFs)in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis(OP)has always been an interesting field.Osteoblast(OB)is the main functional cell of bone formation and responsible for the synthesis and secretion of bone matrix and mineralization.OB also plays an important role in the bone reconstruction.Although PEMFs can influence the activity of OB,leading to cell proliferation or differentiation,and have positive effects on the OP,the precise biological effect and potential mechanism is still unclear.This article starts from basic research and reviewed the potential mechanism of PEMFs on OB,aiming to provide references for bone tissue engineering research and clinical treatment of OP.
