摘 要:HOT车道是缓解道路交通拥堵的交通管理策略之一,本文对路网中HOT车道的设置数量、位置、收费率进行联合优化。构建HOV收费策略优化的双层规划模型,其中上层规划综合考虑HOV车道设置带来的路网内总出行时间的节约和HOT车道收费总收入,下层规划为以广义出行费用最小化为目标的平衡分配模型,采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,并结合算例分析对模型构建的有效性进行验证。研究结果为交通管理部门进行路网环境下的HOV车道设置提供决策支持。HOT lane is one of the traffic management strategies to alleviate road traffic congestion.This paper jointly optimizes the number,location,and toll rate of HOT lane settings in the road network.A two-layer planning model for HOV toll strategy optimization is constructed,in which the upper-level planning takes the total travel time savings and the total HOT lanes toll revenue within the road network brought by HOV lane setting into account,and the lower-level planning is an equilibrium allocation model with the objective of minimizing the generalized travel cost.The model is solved by genetic algorithm.The validity of the model construction is verified by combining with the analysis of arithmetic cases.The results of the study provide decision support to the traffic management department for HOV lane setting in road network environment.
