摘 要:钢铁企业生产过程中伴随着能源消耗和环境污染,烧结作为钢铁生产中污染物最多的工序,受到了广泛关注。研究表明,烧结烟气中CO的排放量远大于其他气体污染物的总和,因此,烧结过程中CO减排成为了亟待解决的问题。研究了不同种类固体燃料对铁矿石烧结过程CO排放影响规律,实验结果表明,选用的几种固体燃料中,兰炭着火点低因此最容易燃烧,烧结烟气中O_(2),CO和CO_(2)瞬时浓度高,采用兰炭、自产焦和外购焦的CO排放量依次为8.30,4.53,5.42 m^(3)/(t·s)。焦炭的着火点较高,燃烧速度比兰炭低,燃料利用率高于兰炭。当采用兰炭与自产焦同时作为燃料时,由于二者的燃烧速度不同,导致烧结温度低且燃烧层过厚,进而废气温度下降,残碳含量增加,烧结氧势升高,尾气中O_(2)浓度高,CO和CO_(2)浓度低,CO排放量为2.81 m^(3)/(t·s)。结果表明,燃烧速率不匹配的燃料混合使用不利于燃料充分燃烧,同时烧结矿产质量指标下降。因此在使用固体燃料时,焦炭或者兰炭均可单独使用,但是兰炭与外购焦混合使用不利于烧结过程。The production process of iron and steel enterprises is accompanied by energy consumption and environmental pollution.As the process with the most pollutants in iron and steel production,sintering has received extensive attention.Studies have shown that the emission of CO in the sintering flue gas is much greater than the sum of other gaseous pollutants.Therefore,CO emission reduction during the sintering process has become urgent.This paper mainly studies the effect of different types of solid fuels on CO emissions during iron ore sintering.The experimental results show that among several solid fuels selected in the experiments,blue carbon is the easiest to burn because of its low ignition point,and the instantaneous concentration of O_(2),CO and CO_(2)in sintering flue gas is high.The CO emissions of blue carbon,self-produced coke and purchased coke are 8.30,4.53 and 5.42 m^(3)/(t·s),respectively.Coke has higher ignition point,lower combustion speed and higher fuel utilization rate than blue carbon.When blue carbon and coke are used as fuels at the same time,due to their different combustion speeds,the sintering temperature is low and the combustion layer is too thick,and then the exhaust gas temperature decreases,the residual carbon content increases,the oxygen potential increases,the O_(2)concentration in the exhaust gas is high,the CO and CO_(2)concentration are low,and the CO emission is 2.81 m^(3)/(t·s),which indicates that the mixed use of fuels will inhibit fuel combustion,while the production and quality indexes decrease.Therefore,coke or blue carbon can be used alone as solid fuel,but the mixed use of them is adverse to sintering process.
