摘 要:不间断电源蓄电池是保障数据中心稳定运行的重要组成部分,其自身的安全性关系着电力系统的可靠和稳定。为了避免蓄电池的故障引起电力事故的发生,蓄电池的监测和运维管理近年来受到学界和业界的关注。通过分析当前数据中心不间断电源蓄电池预维管理的3个发展阶段,提出了集监控系统、灵活告警、资产管理、故障预测于一体的智能预维管理系统,并进一步总结了用于蓄电池健康监测、异常检测和性能预测的机器学习算法。UPS battery is an important component to ensure the stable operation of the data center, and its safety is related to the reliability and stability of the data center power system. In recent years, the monitoring, operation, and maintenance management of batteries have attracted the attention of academia and industry to avoid the occurrence of power accidents caused by battery failure. Three development stages of operation and management of UPS battery in the current data center are analyzed. An intelligent operation and management system is proposed, integrating the monitoring system, flexible alarm, asset management, and fault prediction. The algorithms for batteries’ health monitoring, anomaly detection, and performance prediction are further summarized.
