摘  要:以提升电力数据来源准确性以及电力业务工作效率、降低电力企业人工工作量为目标,优化设计面向集中核算应用改造的电力营销管理系统。利用SOA技术优化系统的接入层、服务层、组件层以及可操作性的系统资源层,为系统提供服务功能,形成SOA集成平台以及服务质量平台。将FP-growth算法应用于可操作性的系统资源层中,挖掘电力营销管理系统内相关数据关联规则,为系统提供数据支持。测试结果表明,将优化设计的电力营销管理系统应用于海南电网后,全省平均电费自动发行率高达98.8%,应用响应时间为85ms~120ms之间,有效降低核算员以及抄表员工作量。In order to improve the accuracy of power data sources and power business efficiency,and reduce the labor workload of power enterprises,the power marketing management system for centralized accounting application transformation is optimized.The integration platform and service quality platform of SOA technology is formed by using the access layer,service layer,component layer and operational system resource layer of the SOA technology optimization system,therefore providing service functions for the system.FP growth algorithm is applied to the operable system resource layer to mine the relevant data association rules in the power marketing management system to provide data support for the system.The test results show that after the optimized design of power marketing management system is applied to Hainan power grid,the average automatic issue rate of electricity charges in the whole province is as high as 98.8%,and the application response time is between 85ms and 120ms,which effectively reduces the workload of accountants and meter reading staff.
