摘　　要：高速公路在时代变迁和交通运输业中都有着举足轻重的作用,而如何不断完善高速公路行业行政管理体系对于促进高速公路行业的发展就显得尤为重要。新形势下,优化高速公路行业人才资源利用,规范高速公路行政管理行为,构建科学的高速公路行政管理体系,就成为了推动高速公路行业发展的重中之重。通过对高速公路行政管理工作的剖析,提出相应的提高行政管理效率的建议以及怎样落实行政管理工作的对策。Expressway plays an important role in the changes of the times and transportation industry.How to improve the administrative management system of expressway industry is particularly important to promote the development of expressway industry.Under the new situation,optimizing the utilization of human resources in the expressway industry,standardizing the administrative behavior of expressway and building a scientific expressway administration system have become the top priority to promote the development of the expressway industry.Through the analysis of expressway administration,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the efficiency of administration and the countermeasures of how to implement the administration.
