摘 要:针对高层建筑,地基基础施工是非常关键的内容,关乎整个建筑质量和使用安全性,高层建筑荷载力会通过地基向其下部结构传递,一旦地基存在质量问题,就会导致建筑失稳,造成严重安全事故。为确保高层建筑地基基础施工整体质量,对地基基础施工及时特点进行分析,认为存在整体性与隐蔽性、庞杂性与多发性、危险性与连续性的特点,并深入探究基础土方开挖技术、基础筏板后浇带滞留、素土挤密桩施工技术、注浆施工等技术要点和实践应用,以期为高层建筑技术发展与质量提升提供一定参考。For high-rise buildings,foundation construction is a very key content,related to the quality of the entire building and the use of safety,high-rise building load will be transmitted through the foundation to its substructure,once the foundation quality problems,will lead to building instability,causing serious safety accidents.In order to ensure the overall quality of high-rise building foundation construction,analyze the foundation construction characteristics in time,believe there is holistic and concealment,complex and multiple,risk and the characteristics of continuity,and delve into the basis of earthwork excavation technique,retention of post-cast strip foundation raft,plain soil compaction pile construction technique,key points of grouting construction technology and practical application,In order to provide some reference for high-rise building technology development and quality improvement.
