摘 要:目前在ABAQUS软件中计算迫击炮座钣模型时选择的土壤计算模型是软件中自带的D-P(Drucker-Prager)模型,与实际情况存在一定差距。为提高某迫击炮座钣-土壤耦合模型的计算精度,建立座钣-土壤耦合有限元仿真模型,将一种修正的D-P准则应用于迫击炮座钣-土壤耦合计算中的土壤屈服准则,该准则引入了一种角隅模型,考虑了拉剪屈服曲线的修正。并且,为验证应用效果,设计并开展强冲击载荷下迫击炮座钣-土壤动态特性试验,获得座钣及土壤中测点的动态响应值。数值计算和试验测试结果表明,修正D-P屈服准则可以较好地描述试验现象,从而可提高迫击炮座钣-土壤耦合模型的计算精度,为座钣的设计提供参考。At present, the soil calculation model chosen when calculating mortar base plate model in the software ABAQUS is Drucker-Prager(D-P) model set in ABAQUS, there is a certain gap between the actual situation and D-P model. Here, to improve the calculation accuracy of a mortar base plate-soil coupled model, a base plate-soil coupled finite element simulation model was established. A modified D-P criterion was applied in soil yield criterion for the mortar base plate-soil coupled calculation. This criterion introduced a corner model to consider modification of tensile-shear yield curve. Meanwhile, in order to verify application effect, dynamic characteristic test of mortar base plate-soil under strong impact load was designed and performed to obtain dynamic response values of measured points in base plate and soil. Numerical calculation and test results showed that the modified D-P yield criterion can better describe test phenomena to improve the calculation accuracy of mortar base plate-soil coupled model, and provide a reference for designing base plate.
