摘　　要：目的:总结谷越涛主任医师运用调理气机法治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床经验,为中医辨治慢性肾炎提供思路。方法:通过收集谷越涛主任医师门诊慢性肾炎蛋白尿病例资料,总结谷越涛主任医师立足于脾、肾、肝、三焦,调理气机辨治慢性肾炎蛋白尿经验,并举一验案以佐证。结果:谷越涛教授在辨证的前提下调理脾、肾、肝、三焦气机,具体包括脾胃同调、敛肾填精固肾气、疏泄肝气、复三焦气化。所举验案以温补肾阳为主,佐以祛风、除湿、止血,治疗后诸症好转。结论:谷越涛主任医师调理气机法治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床效果明显。Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Gu Yuetao,chief physician in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria by regulating Qi(气)activity,so as to provide ideas for treating chronic nephritis in TCM.Methods:By collecting the clinical data of chronic nephritis albuminuria cases from Gu Yuetao chief physician,the author summarized Gu Yuetao’s experience in treating chronic nephritis albuminuria by regulating Qi activity based on spleen,kidney,liver and triple energizer,and also presented a successful case to prove it.Results:Professor Gu Yuetao regulates the Qi activities of spleen,kidney,liver and triple energizer on the premise of syndrome differentiation,specifically including regulating spleen and stomach,astringing kidney,replenishing essence,consolidating kidney Qi,dispersing liver Qi,and recovering triple energizer Qi.The cases cited are mainly for warming and tonifying kidney Yang(阳),which is accompanied by expelling wind,removing dampness and stopping bleeding.After treatment,the symptoms are relieved.Conclusion:Chief physician Gu Yuetao achieves significant clinical effect in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria by regulating Qi activity.
