中药组方联合西药治疗成人病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察研究中药组方联合西药治疗成人病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:病毒性心肌炎患者139例,为高密市第二人民医院2019年5月-2019年12月就诊病例,随机数字表法分组,治疗组采用中药组方联合西药治疗,对照组使用西医治疗,分别设立临床观察指标,检查患者治疗前、疗程治疗结束患者心电图,检查患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标,检查心肌损伤标志物,观察患者的心悸乏力、胸闷气短等心肌炎体征改善情况,观察本研究治疗相关临床不良事件。统计学方法观察数据,对比研究两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%(63/70)、76.8%(53/69),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组均未发现临床不良事件。结论:治疗组中药组方联合西药疗效好于对照组,中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效可靠。Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on adult viral myocarditis.Methods:139 cases of viral myocarditis were treated in The Second People's Hospital of Gaomi City from May 2019 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the control group was treated with western medicine,and clinical observation indexes were set up respectively.ECG of patients before and after treatment were checked,hemorheology,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and other indexes were checked to observe the improvement of signs of myocarditis such as palpitation and asthenia,chest tightness and shortness of breath.The observation data were statistically analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90%(63/70)and 76.8%(53/69).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.
