摘　　要：目的:经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous Kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗以腹痛为主要表现的老年性腰椎压缩性骨折临床诊疗观察。方法:以腹痛为主要表现的腰椎压缩性骨折临床少见,需逐步排除明确诊断,并以PKP治疗。结果:治疗后症状缓解,效果明确。结论:以腹痛为主要表现的腰椎压缩性骨折需结合临床,明确诊断,以PKP治疗,效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of PKP treatment of abdominal pain as the main manifestation of the elderly lumbar compression fracture.Methods:Abdominal pain as the main manifestation of lumbar compression fracture is clinically rare,which needs to be ruled out step by step in diagnosis and receives PKP treatment.Results:After treatment,the symptoms were relieved and the effect was clear.Conclusion:Abdominal pain as the main manifestations of lumbar compression fractures need to be combined with clinical clear diagnosis and receives PKP treatment,the effect is significant.
