清宫止血合剂对药物流产后大鼠离体子宫收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清宫止血合剂对药物流产后大鼠离体子宫的收缩作用。方法:制作早孕大鼠药物流产模型,随机分为空白组,模型组,新生化颗粒组(30 g/kg),清宫止血合剂高、中、低剂量组(33.6 g/kg、16.8 g/kg、8.4 g/kg),每组6只,连续灌胃7 g后。用BL-NewCentury生物机能实验系统离体器官测定仪观察各组大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩功能的变化。结果:清宫止血合剂与空白组相比大鼠离体子宫收缩的幅度、频率和收缩力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),清宫止血合剂各组与催产素组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清宫止血合剂能加强大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩的幅度、频率和收缩力,且剂量越大,效果越明显,具有一定量效依赖关系。Objective:To investigate the contractile effect of Qinggong Zhixue mixture(清宫止血合剂)on isolated uterus of rats after drug abortion.Methods:The models of drug abortion in early pregnancy rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group and the newborn granule group(30 g/kg),Qinggong Zhixue mixture high,medium and low dose group(33.6 g/kg,16.8 g/kg,8.4 g/kg),with 6 rats in each group,after continuous ig7g,changes of contractile function of isolated uterine smooth muscle of rats in each group were observed by the BL-NewCentury biological function test system in vitro organ analyzer.Results:Compared with the blank group,the amplitude,frequency and contractility of isolated uterine contraction in rats were significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Qinggong Zhixue Mixture can strengthen the amplitude,frequency and contractility of uterine smooth muscle contraction in isolated rats.
