补肾养血汤联合人工周期治疗卵巢早衰的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:补肾养血汤联合人工周期治疗卵巢早衰的效果分析。方法:研究对象为山东省青岛疗养院2019年1月-2020年3月就诊的62例卵巢早衰患者,将其随机分为研究组(31例)与对照组(31例)。对照组给予人工周期治疗,研究组在人工周期治疗的基础上给予补肾养血汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后的性激素水平变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率90.3%(28/31)高于对照组80.6%(25/31)(P<0.05);两组治疗前的性激素水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的性激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾养血汤佐治卵巢早衰患者的效果显著,患者病情得到良好改善,促使患者雌性激素恢复至正常水平,可在临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Yangxue decoction(补肾养血汤)with artificial cycle in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods:62 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to Qingdao Sanatorium from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the study group(31 cases)and the control group(31 cases).The control group was given artificial cycle treatment,and the research group was given Bushen Yangxue decoction on the basis of artificial cycle treatment.The treatment effect and the changes of sex hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group 90.3%(28/31)was higher than that of the control group(80.6%,25/31)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of sex hormone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the level of sex hormone in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yangxue decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure,the patient's condition has been well improved,and the estrogen of patients has been restored to the normal level,and it can be popularized in clinical application.
