关于油气行业类大学生培养方式的改革与探索

摘　　要：为了能够满足油气行业对人才的需求,必须对油气行业类大学生培养过程中存在的问题进行更进一步的改革和探索,才能紧随能源战略发展的脚步。当前,我国油气行业类高校存在对学生的培养模式单一、培养方法有限、理论与实际差距较大等问题,因此培养油气行业类大学生需要明确培养方案,改变培养模式,让学生通过独立发现问题以及独立解决问题的思维去完成相应的实验及其他任务。In order to meet the demand for talents in the oil and gas industry,we must further reform and explore the problems existing in the training of college students in the oil and gas industry,so as to follow the pace of energy strategy development.At present,China’s oil and gas industry colleges and universities have problems such as single training mode,limited training methods and large gap between theory and practice.Therefore,to train oil and gas industry college students,we need to clarify the training scheme,change the training mode,and let students complete the corresponding experiments and other tasks through the thinking of independently discovering and solving problems.
