摘 要:纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))在光催化领域得到了广泛的研究,随着纳米技术的迅速发展,纳米TiO_(2)被赋予了新的发展动力。文中通过梳理国内外纳米TiO_(2)光催化剂的研究进展,分析发现纳米TiO_(2)光催化剂的制备方法包括固相法(高能球磨法、火花放电法和热分解法)、气相法(四氯化钛气相氧化法、真空蒸发-冷凝法和四氯化钛氢氧火焰法)和液相法(水热法、微乳液法、溶胶-凝胶法和沉淀法)。研究发现:光照条件、制备方法、催化剂载体、分散技术和催化剂性能评价等问题限制了纳米TiO_(2)光催化剂的广泛应用。提出可以采用离子掺杂、贵金属沉积、半导体复合和表面光敏化等方法提高纳米TiO_(2)的光催化性能。An extensive study has been made of the photocatalysis of nano titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)).The rapid development of nanotechnology has provided a new impetus for the study of nano-TiO_(2).By combing through the current research on nano-TiO_(2)photocatalyst at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the methods for preparing nano-TiO_(2),including the solid phase methods(high energy ball milling method,spark discharge method and thermal decomposition method),the gas phase methods(four titanium chloride vapor phase oxidation method,vacuum evaporation condensation method and four titanium chloride oxyhydrogen flame method)and the liquid phase methods(hydrothermal method,microemulsion method,sol-gel method and precipitation method).It is found that the applications of nano-TiO_(2)photocatalyst are restricted by the factors such as illumination conditions,preparation methods,catalyst supports,dispersion technology and catalyst performance evaluation.The paper proposes that the photocatalytic performance of nano-TiO_(2)can be imporved by the methods such as ion doping,precious metal deposition,semiconductor recombination and surface photosensitization.
