摘 要:为了提高镁合金在腐蚀环境中的耐蚀能力,文中研究了两种无机型缓蚀剂偏钒酸钠(NaVO3)与磷酸钠(Na_(3)PO_(4))对镁合金AZ91D的缓蚀效果及机理,分析了在质量分数w(NaCl)=3.5%溶液中添加浓度为3 g·L^(-1)两种缓蚀剂对镁合金AZ91D表面成膜微观组织的影响,并通过浸泡失重实验及电化学测试对其缓蚀行为及机理进行研究。实验结果表明:两种缓蚀剂对镁合金AZ91D均有很好的缓蚀效果,在加入两种缓蚀剂的NaCl溶液中浸泡24 h后自腐蚀电位(E_(corr))正移,腐蚀电流密度(I_(corr))下降,交流阻抗提升2~3倍,NaVO_(3)表现出更为优异的缓蚀效果,浸泡失重所得平均腐蚀速率下降约80%。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg alloys in corrosive environment,the paper deals with the corrosion inhibition effect and mechanism of two inorganic inhibitors-sodium metavanadate(NaVO3)and sodium phosphate(Na_(3)PO_(4))-on AZ91D magnesium alloy.The effects were analyzed of the two corrosion inhibitors at a concentration of 3 g·L^(-1)added in the solution with the mass fraction w(NaCl)=3.5%on the microstructure of the film formed on the surface of AZ91D Mg alloy.Their corrosion inhibition behavior and mechanism were investigated by immersion weight loss experiment and electrochemical test.The results show that both corrosion inhibitors have excellent corrosion inhibition effect on AZ91D magnesium alloy.After the alloy was immersed in the NaCl solution with the two corrosion inhibitors for 24 h,the self corrosion potential(E_(corr))shifted positively,the corrosion current density(I_(corr))decreased,and the AC impedance rose by 2~3 times.NaVO_(3)exhibited better corrosion inhibition effect,and the average corrosion rate decreased by 80%after immersion.
