摘　　要：某大功率柴油机在调试试验中突发呼吸器冒烟,拆检后发现主轴瓦化瓦,造成发动机无法顺利出厂。针对此质量问题进行排查分析,结果表明:主轴瓦化瓦的直接原因为主轴瓦上的图层脱落;而根本原因为发动机装配过程中润滑系统零部件清洁度不合格。对此给出了针对性的改进措施。During the commissioning test of a high-power diesel engine,the respirator smoked suddenly.After disassembly and inspection,it was found that the main bearing bush was changed,so that the engine could not leave the factory smoothly.The results show that the direct cause of the main bearing bush is that the layer on the main bearing bush falls off;The root cause is that the cleanliness of lubrication system parts is unqualified during engine assembly.Targeted improvement measures are given.
