摘　　要：内燃机是将燃料燃烧的热能转化为动能的热机,是工业机械生产、汽车制造等行业的主要配套设施。内燃机的内部结构非常复杂,按燃料不同可分为汽油机和柴油机。内燃机有曲轴连杆机构、气门机构、供油系统、润滑系统、冷却系统、点火系统和启动系统等组成部分。每个小的系统出现问题都会导致内燃机出现大故障,从而影响内燃机的正常使用年限。Internal combustion engine is a heat engine that converts the heat energy of fuel combustion into kinetic energy. It is the main supporting facilities of industrial machinery production, automobile manufacturing and other industries. The internal structure of internal combustion engine is very complex. It can be divided into gasoline engine and diesel engine according to different fuels. Internal combustion engine consists of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve mechanism, oil supply system, lubrication system, cooling system,ignition system and starting system. Problems in each small system will lead to major faults of the internal combustion engine, which will affect the normal service life of the internal combustion engine.
