摘　　要：柴油机是重要的动力设备,在船舶、货车以及很多机械设备中都有重要应用,因此加强柴油机维修技术的研究,准确的判断柴油机发生的故障,采取有效的措施进行维修,快速排除柴油机故障,保证其正常运行具有重要的意义。不过由于柴油机本身系统复杂、故障隐蔽性强等问题的影响,柴油机维修面临比较大的难度,成本较高,基于此本文对柴油机常见故障进行了分析,提出了针对性的解决策略,并且对柴油机维修的流程和常用技术维修技术进行了探讨。Diesel engine is an important power equipment,which has important applications in ships,trucks and many mechanical equipment.Therefore,it is of important significance to strengthen the research of diesel engine maintenance technology,accurately judge the fault of diesel engine,take effective measures to repair,quickly eliminate the fault of diesel engine,and ensure its normal operation.However,due to the influence of complex diesel engine system,strong fault concealment,diesel engine maintenance is facing relatively big difficulty,high cost,based on this paper on the diesel enginecommon fault analysis,put forward the targeted solution strategy,and the diesel engine maintenance process and common technical maintenance technology is discussed.
