大叶女贞愈伤组织诱导及继代培养的研究

摘　　要：实验以大叶女贞的幼嫩叶片和幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究了6-BA、2,4-D对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导的最适外植体为幼嫩的茎段,愈伤组织诱导的最适培养基为MS+0.2mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L 2,4-D。Yong leaves and shoots are taken as the materials to study the effects of 6-BA and 2,4-D on the induction of the callus of Ligustrum compactum Ait.The results showed that the young stems are the optimal explants,and MS+0.2mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L 2,4-D is the optimal medium for callus induction.
