摘 要:目的:优选大枣叶中减肥活性成分的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率为考察指标,通过单因素实验,对比提取时间、提取次数、料液比对枣叶提取率的影响,设计正交试验,通过方差分析,得出枣叶中减肥活性成分最佳提取工艺。结果:枣叶用70%乙醇提取4次,每次2 h,料液比为1:8,枣叶浸膏得率最高。结论:优选的提取方法稳定,合理,可为大生产提供依据。To explore the best technology for extraction of active components to lose weight from Ziziphus jujuba leaves.Taking the yield of the extract as the index,the effects of extraction time,extraction times and the ratio of material to liquid of Ziziphus jujuba leaves were compared by single factor experiment.Orthogonal test was designed and variance analysis was used to obtain the optimal extraction process of active components to lose weight from Ziziphus jujuba leaves.The results showed that Ziziphus jujuba leaves were extracted with 70%ethanol for 4 times,2 hours each time,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:8.The extraction rate of Ziziphus jujuba leaves was the highest.The optimized extraction method is stable and reasonable,and can provide a basis for production in large-scale.
