解淀粉芽孢杆菌对元胡霜霉病拮抗效果的试验研究

摘　　要：解淀粉芽孢杆菌对2年旱连作的元胡霜霉病的拮抗效果很好,每667 m^(2)做基肥施用2 kg剂量的益菌多可增产88%以上,元胡素含量提高5.26%。每667 m^(2) 3 kg为最佳经济剂量,可实现元胡的增产和提质。建议在生产中实践并推广应用。The antagonistic effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens against Peronospora corydalis was excellent in consecetive two years of drought.With two kg of probiotics as base fertilizer per 667 m^(2),the yield of Rhizoma corydalis increased by 88%and content of tetrahydropalmatin content increased by 5.26%.Three kg of probiotics as base fertilizer per 667 m^(2)is the best economic dosage,which can increase the yield and quality of Rhizoma corydalis.It is suggested to practice and popularize in the production.
