摘 要:目的观察射频调控术治疗脊源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月~2019年9月60例脊柱源性心脏病患者,随机分为对照组30例,试验组30例;对照组常规给予强心、利尿、扩血管等常规药物治疗,试验组采用射频调控术对责任病灶的胸交感神经进行治疗。结果试验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于治疗前,血浆脑钠肽(BNP)均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组LVEF高于对照组,BNP低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频调控术治疗脊源性心脏病已初见成效,射频调控术属于微创手术,创伤小,定位精确,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of radiofrequency modulation in the treatment of spinal heart disease.Methods From September 2013 to September 2019,60 patients with spinal-derived heart disease were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases) and the experimental group(30 cases).In the control group, the patients were treated with routine medication including cardiotonic, diuretic, vasodilator.In the experimental group, the thoracic sympathetic nerves of the responsible lesions were treated by radiofrequency modulation.Results The response rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, while brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels were lower(P<0.05).After treatment, LVEF was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group, while BNP level was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency modulation shows a good efficacy in the treatment of spinal heart disease.Radiofrequency modulation is a minimally invasive operation with small trauma, precise positioning and high safety.
