摘  要:在地质条件复杂的深厚海域回填区域,超深大直径旋挖钻孔灌注桩面临成孔难度大、水下混凝土灌注施工风险高的难点。水下混凝土灌注需要综合考虑混凝土质量、料斗容量、导管直径、导管埋置深度、孔底沉渣、泥浆比重、灌注标高等多方面因素。依托工程实践,就超深大直径旋挖桩水下混凝土灌注施工过程的质量控制进行了探索及总结,为同类工程提供了施工经验。In the backfilling area of deep sea area with complex geological conditions, ultra deep and large-diameter rotary drilling cast-in-place pile faces the difficulties of hole forming and high risk of underwater concrete pouring construction, so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the factors such as concrete quality, hopper capacity, conduit diameter, conduit embedding depth, hole bottom sediment, mud specific ravity, perfusion elevation, etc.. Combined with engineering examples, this paper comprehensively expounds the quality control of underwater concrete pouring construction process in the construction process of large diameter and deep rotary excavation piles, and provides construction experience for similar projects.
