摘　　要：墙体用聚苯免拆模板是一种将模板、保温与钢筋一体化的新型免拆模板部品。在国外聚苯免拆模板技术的基础上,对墙体用聚苯免拆模板改进,并对改进后产品的工程适用性进行试验验证,试验结果表明,采用性能指标适宜的聚合聚苯板代替EPS保温板,不仅可以满足国家标准《建筑设计防火规范》对防火的要求,而且对现浇混凝土结构施工具有较强的工程适用性,提高了现浇混凝土结构的工业化水平。Permanent expanded polystyrene formwork for wall is a new type of non-demolition formwork part that integrates formwork,insulation and steel bar. On the basis of foreign permanent expanded polystyrene formwork technology,permanent expanded polystyrene formwork for wall was improved,and the engineering applicability of the improved product was tested and verified. The test results showed that the use of polymer polystyrene boards with suitable performance indicators instead of EPS insulation board,it can not only meet the fire protection requirements of the national standard Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings,but also has strong engineering applicability for the construction of cast-in-place concrete structures,which improves the industrialization level of cast-in-place concrete structures.
