摘 要:钢结构始发托架由于其具有加工精度高、安装方便、可重复利用等优点,在小直径盾构始发成功应用多年,而大直径盾构始发时为了提高始发托架的稳定性一般采用混凝土始发托架,始发钢托架很少使用,通过对长沙湘雅路过江通道大直径盾构始发过程中钢托架使用情况的研究与分析,得出大直径盾构始发采用钢托架存在的问题及改进建议。Due to the advantages of high processing precision, convenient installation and reusable, the steel structure starting bracket had been successfully used for many years in the starting of small diameter shield, in order to improve the stability of starting bracket during the starting of large diameter shield, the concrete starting bracket was generally used, and the starting steel bracket was rarely used, through the research and analysis on the use situation of steel bracket in the starting process of large diameter shield in the river crossing channel of Xiangya Road in Changsha, obtained the existing problems and improvement suggestions of using steel bracket in the starting process of large diameter shield.
