摘　　要：风湿性关节炎是一种临床常见的威胁人类健康的免疫性疾病,傣族人民在长期的防病治病和生活实践中积累了丰富的临床治疗经验。针对不同的病情,傣医分为内治法与外治法。其中外治法治疗风湿性关节炎拥有丰富的文化内涵以及传统性和民族性,其具有操作简便、易于取材、方法多样、疗效独特、运用广泛的特点。通过综述傣医外治法治疗风湿性关节炎的理论研究、临床研究,以期对风湿性关节炎的临床科研及治疗提供一定的参考依据及治疗思路。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common clinical immune disease that threatens human health.Dai people have accumulated rich clinical treatment experience in long-term disease prevention and treatment and living practice.According to different conditions,Dai medicine is divided into internal treatment method and external treatment method.Among them,the external treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has rich cultural connotations,traditional and national characteristics;it is simple to operate,easy to obtain materials,diverse methods and unique curative effects,and diverse methods,and is widely used in the folk.This article studies,discusses,and summarizes the theoretical and clinical researches on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with various external therapies from the perspective of external treatment of Dai medicine through literature,in order to provide a certain reference for the clinical research and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
