从“木火刑金”论治支气管扩张伴咯血

摘　　要：病程长且易反复的支气管扩张是临床难治疾病之一,咯血是其并发症也是临床急重症之一,给患者造成身心负担,如何有效控制症状且减负是治疗重点。中医在支气管扩张伴咯血治疗上有独特优势,金朝晖教授结合多年临证经验及理论知识,认为木火刑金型支气管扩张伴咯血关乎肝肺,治宜清火热、润肺阴、宣肺气三法同用,拟清肝泻肺方辨证加减,丰富了支气管扩张伴咯血的中医辨证诊治思路。The long-term and easy-to-repeated Bronchiectasis is one of the clinically difficult diseases.Hemoptysis is one of its complications and one of the acute and severe illnesses.It causes a physical and mental burden on the patient.How to effectively control the symptoms and reduce the burden is the focus of treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis.Professor Jin Zhaohui combined with years of clinical experience and theoretical knowledge,believes that Liver-fire attacking lung type of Bronchiectasis is related to the liver and lungs.The three methods are used in the same time,and the Qinggan Xiefei Recipe is to be used for syndrome differentiation,which enriches the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment thinking of branch expansion with hemoptysis.
