摘  要:GIS变电站采用架空电缆混联进线时,波过程更加复杂,需分析其侵入波过电压特性。采用ATP-EMTP软件,搭建了220 kV GIS变电站的110 kV侧电气模型与混联进线模型,对比了直击雷下架空进线与混联进线的侵入波过电压差异,分析了混联进线各因素的影响。GIS变电站采用混联进线时,地线终止于电缆终端塔,会增强过电压幅值;当电缆线路较短时,电缆对过电压的衰减程度较弱,会造成混联进线的过电压幅值高于架空进线。雷击电缆终端塔时,混联线路电缆首端避雷器难以充分动作,当电缆较短时,无法有效保护GIS入口。短电缆混联进线方式,需考虑在电缆末端或进线侧安装避雷器。When the overhead-cable inlet line is adopted in GIS substation,the wave process is more complex.It is necessary to analyze the influence of inlet line mode on the lightning intruding overvoltage.Equivalent model of 220 kV GIS substation with cable section of inlet line was established in ATP-EMTP.The overvoltage difference between overhead line and hybrid line under direct lightning strike is compared,and the influence of various factors on hybrid line is analyzed.At the condition of hybrid line,the ground wire ends at the cable terminal tower,which will enhance the overvoltage amplitude.When the cable line is short,the attenuation degree of the cable to the overvoltage is low,which cause the overvoltage amplitude of the hybrid line to be higher than that of the overhead line.When the cable terminal tower is struck by lightning,it is difficult for the arrester at the cable entrance to operate fully.When the cable is short,it is unable to effectively protect the GIS entrance.Therefore,it is necessary to consider installing arrester at the end of the cable or at the inlet line side,when the inlet cable is short.
