摘  要:为了模拟计算ZnO电阻片在避雷器组限制过电压过程中吸收的能量,笔者针对所选取的电阻片进行冲击电流试验;绘制了在不同电流波形下的静态伏安特性曲线,描述了其与电阻片实际伏安特性的关系,并统计了同批次电阻片伏安特性分布规律;通过曲线拟合的方式建立伏安特性方程进行吸收能量的模拟计算。结果显示,在耐受冲击电流的过程中,电流波形波头时间对电阻片吸收能量计算等效性影响最大,波头时间越长,电阻片所表现出的伏安特性越接近试验绘制的静态伏安特性曲线,即通过静态伏安特性曲线进行能量模拟计算等效性越好。In order to calculate the energy absorbed by ZnO varistors in the process of limiting overvoltage, impulse current test was carried out for the selected varistors. The static V-A characteristic curves under different current waveforms are drawn, the relationship between them and the actual V-A characteristics of the varistor is described, and the distribution of V-A characteristics of the same batch of varistors is calculated. Through curve fitting, the V-A characteristic equation is established and the absorbed energy is simulated. The results show that in the process of withstanding impulse current, the wave head time of current waveform has the greatest influence on the calculation equivalence of energy absorbed by varistors. The longer the wave head time is, the closer the actual V-A characteristic of the resistor is to the static V-A characteristic curve drawn by the test, the better the equivalence of energy simulation calculation through the static V-A characteristic curve is.
